Office Hours
8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday
We schedule most appointments in advance, and are usually able to accomodate walk-ins and call-ins on the same day when needed. No referral is necessary for a visit to Southeastern Sports Medicine.
7:30 - 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday
The Walk-in Clinic is open each day between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. and is available to anyone who needs orthopedic care. We do not take appointments for the Walk-in Clinic; walk-ins are seen on a first-come-first-served basis.
What to Bring
- Photo ID (driver's license, etc.)
- Insurance card
- Insurance authorizations necessary
- Referrals from another physician (althouth not necessary to be seen)
- Imaging films or cds (x-ray, MRI, etc.)
Payment
We accept all major insurances, and we file the claim for you. We can also set up payment arrangements that meet your specific needs. Regardless of insurance coverage, final financial responsibility rests with the patient or guardian.
Our fees are based on the time, work and skill required to provide the most appropriate care for each individual, if you need billing information, please call our office at 828.274.4555.
