New Patient Information
All appointments are scheduled in advance. We only see walk-ins at the 7:30am sports injury clinic; this early morning treatment is only available to students and athletes through college age.
Our normal business hours are 8:30 - 5:00 Monday through Friday.
We accept all major insurances and we file the claim for you. We can also set up payment arrangements that meet the patients' needs. Regardless of insurance coverage, final financial responsibility rests with the patient.
Our fees are based on the time, work and skill required to provide the most appropriate care for each individual, if you need billing information please call our office at (828) 274-4555.
Please bring the following items with you for your appointment:
- photo ID (driver license, etc...)
- insurance card
- any insurance authorizations necessary
- any referrals from another physician
- any imaging films or cds (x-ray, MRI, etc...)

In addition to Sports Medicine, which consists of Spine Care, General Orthopaedics, Arthroscopy and Rehabilitative Medicine, we offer other services such as Athletic Training and Sports Injury Clinic.
